Grilled scallop with variations of cauliflower, browned butter with soy & hazelnuts

Intermediate Course
Poached red sole, sauce nage & basil


Homemade Bread & Salted Butter


Main Course
Fried halibut in brioche, creamy spinach & sauce Niçoise 


Dessert
Pasfall’s Peach Melba with meringue and rich vanilla cream

7 wines, including champagne in 2 variations.

4 white Burgundies from Puligny and Meursault, and a single Sauternes for dessert.

It’s 100% French with extra French flair – both wine and food 😉

A blindwine cannot be ruled out.
